Hello.

My name is Lauren (she/her). I offer in-person and telehealth counseling services for couples, individuals, teens, and adolescents in Oregon.

Philosophy & Approach

I believe that where we come from and what we have experienced impact how we see, perceive, and interact with the world. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, parenting, or life stressors, I am here to help.

In my free time, one of my favorite places to be is in nature. I love to hike, be on the water, camp, and backpack. I'm a big fan of yoga, running, and reading mystery books. As a mom to two children, my time away from clients typically includes many board games, lego building, and sports.

Education & Training

I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from George Fox University. I have completed the TF-CBTWEB 2.0 (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and courses on the impacts of trauma on childhood development. I have also completed multiple trainings in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and continue to gain knowledge in this area.

I have experience in community mental health and private practice, working with individuals, couples, teens, children, and families. I have worked with a diverse population and continue to harness ways to create an integrated counseling approach.
